This is Morah Nechama’s second year at Hebrew Academy. She has taught at other Jewish Day Schools both in Connecticut and Florida. She was the lead kindergarten teacher for 20 years in Florida and taught third and fourth grade for over 15 years in Connecticut. She is really enjoying filling in the “middle chapters” of elementary school. In her spare time she spends time baking and cooking for family and friends, reading a variety of books, exploring the varied and beautiful New England scenery and playing with her twin grandsons who live nearby with her oldest son and daughter in law in South Windsor. She lives in West Hartford with her engineer husband, her youngest son and six sugar gliders.
