Your contribution is appreciated!
My name is Jonathan Dickens. My wife and I moved to West Hartford a little over two years ago specifically because of its strong Jewish community. What makes this community special is not only does it have several vibrant synagogues and conveniently located kosher food, but the fact that we have not one, but three Jewish day schools. One of which is the Bess and Paul Sigel Hebrew Academy.
Although my wife and I currently do not have children, I am committed to seeing that my future children will be able to receive the stellar education that Jewish children have received at Hebrew Academy for the past 79 years. The continued presence of the school is vital to the growth and continued overall success of the West Hartford Jewish community. That is why, this past year, I joined the Board of Directors and am reaching out to you.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your past generosity and support of the Bess and Paul Sigel Hebrew Academy. Your commitment to Jewish education will ensure continuity of the Jewish people and allows for a continued cultivation of future community leaders. The money raised has allowed us to strengthen both our Judaic and general studies curriculum including state of the art math, science and Hebrew language programs throughout the school.
In order to maintain our success, and allow us to provide excellence in Jewish education to all those who desire it, we rely on the generous donations of individuals and families, like you, to our Annual Campaign. This year we are committed to building on our momentum of continued growth and improvement. Our annual fundraising goal for the 2018-2019 year is $300,000. Every gift, large or small, will go a long way to helping us provide your children with the best possible education. That is why I would like you to consider once again supporting our children at the Bess and Paul Sigel Hebrew Academy
Thank you for your support and confidence.
