School Objectives
- Maintain a sequential and challenging curriculum enabling children to reach their full potential in accord with their individual talents and abilities, in both Judaic and secular studies.
- Program enrichment beyond classroom experiences.
- Provide up-to-date library/media and technological opportunities enabling students to become effective users of information/communication technology.
- Instill a sense of personal worth and self-respect in the student by providing an environment encouraging their development as free, creative, and unique individuals.
- Motivate and inspire students, through formal and informal experience, to identify with Judaism, and understand the sacred mission of the Jewish people.
- Strongly identify with Zionism and the State of Israel and to impart a spiritual and emotional bond with the land and people of Israel.
- Encourage students to participate in community service and help them to understand the importance of their role as a member of a greater community.
- Provide a nurturing environment enabling children to feel appreciated and loved in order to develop their own uniqueness and self worth.
- Provide opportunities for athletic competition and intramural sports.
- Provide comprehensive Hebrew/Judaic and Secular programs and to seek ways to integrate them.
- Provide communication between home and school, so that parents are aware of the fact that they are partners of the educational process and their input is vital for the successful education of their children.
- Encourage and provide for the professional development of faculty and staff.
- Provide opportunities for our students to participate in Art, Music, Performing Arts, Communication, and Public Speaking regardless of their talents or abilities.
- Provide opportunities that bring the community into our school through intergenerational activities, holiday participation, student community service activities, and guest speakers.
