Reporting to Parents

  1. We will be distributing progress reports three times during the school year to grades 1-8.
  2. After each progress report distribution parents will be able to meet with their child’s teachers/counselor on Conference Days.
  3. In addition, in November and February, we will be issuing Interim Reports for grades 1-8. Please consult your school calendar for exact days.
  4. If you wish to schedule a conference with your child’s teacher at any time, you are encouraged to do so. Just contact the school office, and we will be most happy to help you.
  5. School policy dictates that teachers call parents if a child is receiving a “C-” or less in class. If parents would like to be notified if their child is falling below a certain grade level, they must communicate this to the teachers.
